gsutil-3.1 – dump/restore Grandstream device configurations

Description

GsUtil is a short Perl program to dump and restore the data of Grandstream
BudgeTone 100 VOIP and GX2000 telephones and HandyTone ATA's.  Since
a reboot is required to make configuration changes effective, this
program does that too.
